EduNexus is a school management platform (School ERP) built to help schools run their day-to-day operations — attendance, fees, timetables, exams, transport, and parent communication — from one system, instead of registers, spreadsheets, and phone calls.

EduNexus is operated by V & V Associates, a business registered under the Udyam (MSME) scheme and based in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India. The platform is built specifically for schools in tier-2 and tier-3 Indian cities, where existing school-management software is often too complex, too expensive, or simply not designed with these schools in mind.

What EduNexus Does

• Fee Management — online fee collection, receipts, dues tracking, and reminders
• Attendance — daily student attendance and geofenced staff attendance
• Academics — timetables, exams, report cards, and homework
• Transport — live bus tracking and route management
• Communication — notices and WhatsApp alerts to parents
• Role-based portals — separate, purpose-built dashboards for admins, principals, teachers, parents, and drivers

Who We Serve

EduNexus works with independent schools and small school groups. Each school that signs up gets its own isolated account — one school's data is never visible to another school on the platform.

Our Approach

We build EduNexus around a simple idea: software for a school office should be as easy to use as the apps people already use every day. We work directly with the schools we onboard, and support is available in Hindi and English.
